CANCELLATIONS
Each delegate may be substituted at any time. The name of the substitute must be given in writing to the organizers before the event. All cancellations are to be notified in writing. For any written cancellation received before 1 may 2012*, 20% of the registration fees shall be retained by GROUPE INDUSTRIE SERVICES INFO. Beyond this date, full payment shall be due
